Mutual Fund Investment

Guidelines for Mutual Fund NAV Daily Announcements.

  • NAV calculations must be submitted to OJK no later than 10.00 WIB the next trading day.
  • Announced to the public in 1 (one) Indonesian language daily newspaper with national circulation no later than the following trading day.
  • Custodian Banks for Open Mutual Funds must calculate Net Asset Value of Mutual Funds per Participation Unit or per share on every trading day.

What is Participation Unit?

The unit that shows the investor's share of ownership when purchasing a mutual fund product. When an Investor sells a mutual fund, the Participation Unit will be returned to the Investment Manager.

What are the fees charged if the Customer buys Mutual Funds?

1. Purchase Fee
Fees charged to customers when purchasing Mutual Funds

2. Sales Fees
Fees charged to customers when selling Mutual Funds

3. Transfer Fees
Fees charged to customers when transferring from one Mutual Fund to another Mutual Fund managed by the same Investment Manager.

4. Transfer fee
Fees charged by the bank when a customer makes a transfer from a customer's account to a mutual fund account or vice versa.

What is a Prospectus?

Is any written information in connection with a public offering with the aim of getting other parties to buy Securities.
